When we begin this relationship together, it is important to know that taking good care of our residents requires a healthy partnership with our families. We want to work closely with you to understand your families’ specific desires. No doubt, along the way, we will need your assistance. We can’t do it alone. Also, while we strive to deliver quality care 100% of the time, there will be times that we fall short. Our business operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and is a business of people taking care of people. As you know, people are not perfect and will make mistakes.  While we have state of the art systems and training, errors still happen. When this occurs, it is important for us to partner with you for a solution with a spirit of resolution. Together, we can address almost all concerns through good communication and healthy respectful partnership.
