Our Frisco neighborhood opened in May 2014 and is conveniently located on Main Street in the heart of Frisco, TX. Designed to feel warm and welcoming, the campus features a close-knit neighborhood setting with residential-style homes and large front porches that face one another, creating a comfortable sense of connection and community for residents and families.
The Frisco campus includes six residential-style homes, with four Assisted Living homes and two dedicated Memory Care homes. The intimate layout allows for more personalized support while providing seniors with a peaceful environment that feels more like home than a traditional senior living community.
Located alongside Prairie Estates Skilled Nursing Facility, our Frisco neighborhood offers families access to multiple levels of senior care within one convenient area. Mustang Creek Estates has proudly received numerous local awards and recognitions for the compassionate Assisted Living and Memory Care services we provide to Frisco seniors and their families.
